Keerthy (born on the 17th of October 1992) was born on 17 October 1992, and was born on 17 October 1992, and is an Indian actress. She has a prominent role on screen in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films. She was awarded the National Film Award in Best Actress category for her work in the role of actress Savitri. Keerthy began her first Malayalam projects and also started working on projects in Tamil at the same time. In the year 2015, she debuted A. L. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu against one another. The films were not a success at the theaters. The actress had to pull out of several films she was involved in during 2015, including Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye, and Deekay's Kavalai Vedam to make room for more ambitious projects. The actress was in two films in rapid succession together with Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also the leading actor in Prabhu's Thodari. But, the movie has been being delayed from 2015 with reports of release after September in 2020, under the name change to Janakitho Nenu. The film's first film to debut was in 2016's Nenu Sailaja which starred actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy played the lead role in Bairavaa directed by Bharathan and starring actor Vijay.
